通常のシェラカップと違い、特殊加工を施した後に、ヴィンテージブラック加工を施した、直火利用可能なシェラカップになっております。風合いの個体差をお楽しみください。

金物の町と呼ばれる燕三条の技術で特殊加工されたステンレスに、国内でも加工が難しいとされている黒酸化加工を施したシェラカップとなります。

黒酸化発色加工は塗装や染色をする事なく、ステンレスに色をつける技術により、金属の質感が失われず、金属光沢をそのまま残す事ができます。

酸化発色皮膜は優れた耐候性、耐食性があり、屋外使用でも使用する場所、用途、メンテナンスによっては、半永久的に劣化しません。

性質はステンレスのままですが、傷による色の剥離の心配もありません。

さらに、燕三条の技術により、特殊加工されたステンレスを使用するとこで、マットで高級感のある質感を実現しています。

素材もさることながら、言わずと知れた金物の町、燕三条の名工たちの手によるシェラカップ 、その品質は折り紙付きです。

SiARRE CUPは、安価なシェラカップ より厚い板厚０.５ミリのSUS304ステンレスを採用。

前述の黒酸化発色加工された肉厚なステンレスを使うことで、直火に掛けても、ハードに使っても、変形し難い、ステンレスの重厚感を感じる質感を作り出しています。

また、より永くお使い頂く為にシンプルな構造にしています。

その為、テフロン加工に代表される、焼き付けによる表面コーティングは、効果の持続性の観点から敢えて選択しませんでした。

単にブラックであれば塗装でも可能ですが、塗装剥離の問題もあり、原価が４倍近くする黒酸化発色加工を選択しています。

通常のシェラカップより高めの価格ですが、それだけの価値を是非ご堪能ください。

Made by the master craftsmen of Tsubame Sanjo:
Unlike ordinary sierra cups, this sierra cup has been specially processed and then given a vintage black finish, making it suitable for use over an open flame. Please enjoy the individual differences in texture.

The stainless steel is specially processed by the technology of Tsubame Sanjo, which is known as the town of hardware, and black oxidation processing, which is considered difficult to process even in Japan, has been applied to the new Sierra cup.

The black oxidizing process is a technique to add color to stainless steel without painting or dyeing, which enables the metal to retain its luster without losing its texture.

The oxidized color film has excellent weatherability and corrosion resistance, and will not deteriorate semi-permanently even in outdoor use, depending on the location, application, and maintenance.

Although the properties remain the same as stainless steel, there is no need to worry about color peeling due to scratches.

In addition, the use of stainless steel specially processed with Tsubame Sanjo's technology gives it a matte and luxurious texture.

In addition to the material, the quality of the Sierra Cup is well known, as it is made by master craftsmen in the well-known hardware town of Tsubame Sanjo.

The SiARRE CUP is made of SUS304 stainless steel with a thickness of 0.5mm, which is thicker than cheaper Sierra cups.

The aforementioned black oxidized stainless steel gives the cup a dignified texture that is hard to deform, even when used over an open flame.

In addition, we have kept the structure simple so that the product can be used for a long time.

For this reason, we did not choose to use a baked-on surface coating, such as Teflon coating, in order to maintain the effect.

If it were simply black, it could have been painted, but due to the problem of paint peeling off, we chose the black oxidization process, which costs almost four times as much.
